Where can i view my orders?

You can view your orders on “My Account” page. You can click on an order number to view the order details, and status. If you have any queries relating to your orders, please contact TUNIQ Customer Services via email.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password click on ‘Lost Your Password‘ underneath the password box on login screen. You will then receive an email to the address which you use to login. You can then click the unique link to reset your password.
