DUE TO VERY HIGH DEMAND DURING JULY & AUG, PLEASE ALLOW UPTO 15 days FOR DELIVERY. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO DELIVER MUCH BEFORE THAT.

ABOUT DELIVERY

TUNIQ’s delivery service is a dedicated direct to home service.  We deliver all orders and accept all returns via post. For all orders of £30 and above a standard delivery postage is free. We offer two different delivery options, Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

DELIVERY COSTS

Standard Delivery£3.00Please allow between 3-5 working days for delivery. If your order is over £100 you will need to sign for the parcel.
Express Delivery£4.50Your order will be delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm (Mon-Fri). Please be aware you will need to sign for the parcel.

The delivery timescales are estimates based on UK mainland addresses and items being in stock. Please do allow some contingency in very busy periods (e.g. back to school periods) to process your order. We will do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (NON-UK)

If you would like your order to be delivered to a non-UK address, please contact us on 0333 011 8989 or email (quoting your order reference). We will arrange for the shipment. The charge will depend on destination & size of the shipment. Customer Services will support you through this process and arrange for the payment.

DELIVERY IN PARTS

We may choose to deliver the order in multiple shipments in case few items are out of stock. Customer services will be in contact in such situations before any such shipment arrangements are made.
